Founded by HR Executive Jessica B. Lipson in 2024, JBL Consulting is a firm that powers productivity and growth with tried-and-true HR expertise. Jessica’s philosophy is that companies who maintain a positive culture and think strategically about HR choices gain the most value from their investment in talent, culture, and employee development. With over 20 years of experience in building teams and culture, Jessica started JBL Consulting to help companies thrive with modern, efficient, and holistic strategies and implementation.
